Information

a.       Cub Scouting

1.         For boys in 1st through 5th grades

2.         Members join a pack, made up of 6-8 boys, and assigned to a den

3.         Packs meet weekly, and dens meet once a month

4.         No membership fees; however, there are weekly dues that go toward group events and camps

5.         Advancement

i.         Tiger Cubs: 15 total requirements within 5 focus areas

ii.       Bobcats: for all boys that join Cub Scouts

iii.      Wolf: for boys who’ve completed 1st grade and pass 12 requirements

iv.     Bear: for boys that have completed 2nd grade or are age 9 in addition to meeting 12 or 24 achievements

v.       Webelos: for boys that have completed 3rd grade or are age 10 in addition to meeting requirements for the Arrow of Light

6.         Additional activities: citizen training, character development, and personal fitness

b.      Boy Scouting

1.         Open to boys who have earned the Arrow of Light and are at least 10 years or completed the 5th grade all the way up to 18 years

2.         Levels: Tenderfoot, 2nd class, 1st class, Star, Life, Eagle

3.         No membership fees; however, there are weekly dues that go toward activities and camps

4.         Outdoor activities: local scout camps, national jamborees, and national camps

5.         Advancement is set at a personal pace

c.       Venturing

1.         Open to young men and women ages 14-20 or have completed 8th grade

2.         Crew established by matching people and resources to interests of young people

3.         Crew activities limited only by the imaginations of the leader and members

4.         Awards system for venturing: bronze, gold, silver, ranger, sea scouting quartermaster, quest, leadership (crew and leaders), and advisor award of merit

5.         No membership fees

 

·         One Goal Sports

One Goal Sports is in the business of changing lives for everyone involved! All of our programs target 5 to 12 year olds, with a few exceptions. We offer traditional sports such as Cheerleading, Basketball, Soccer and Baseball/T-Ball while also implementing or developing "alternative" sports such as Flag-Football and Inline Hockey. We also offer a full slate of camps and clinics throughout the year.

5.         Wednesday: Soccer & in line hockey

6.         Thursday: Baseball or softball

7.         Friday: Group games and end of week celebration

g.       Fast Pitch (ages 7-14)

1.         $85/child, $70/additional child

2.         Monday – Friday 9AM – 12 PM

3.         Basics of fast pitch
