General Information

· To join a league, please contact your local team coordinator or visit www.southern.usta.com, www.gatennis.com, or www.altatennis.org

· League fees and seasons vary.

· To become a member of the USTA (United States Tennis Association):

- Go online to www.gatennis.com and fill out the online application.

- Call the USTA's automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at 1-800-990-USTA (8782) between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. (EST) Monday through Friday and speak with a USTA Customer Service Representative.

- Mail to:

(Allow for 2-3 weeks delivery.)

- Registration fees for the USTA are as follows:

	1 Year	3 Years (save almost 10%)	5 Year (get one year free)

Family (2+)	$65	$175	$260

· To become a member of ALTA (Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association):

- Go online to www.altatennis.org and fill out the online application.

- Mail to:

ALTA

6849 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd.

Atlanta GA 30328 .

(Include name, address, date of birth, home and business phone and e-mail address along with a check made out to “ALTA”. A membership card will be mailed to you within 10-14 days.)

- Visit the ALTA office at the above address weekdays between 9 A.M. and 5 P.M. Memberships purchased in person must be done through check or cash. No credit cards can be accepted at the office. A membership number will be issued to you immediately.

- Registration fees for ALTA are an annual fee of $18.
